Responsible Play

At KRAZED, we want our competitions to be fun, exciting and enjoyable — never stressful or harmful. Responsible play is about staying in control, keeping a healthy balance, and making sure taking part remains a positive experience.

We are committed to promoting responsible participation and encouraging players to engage in our competitions in a way that feels comfortable, informed and enjoyable.

Playing Responsibly

To help keep play fun and balanced, we encourage all players to:

  • Set a personal budget before playing and stick to it
  • Decide how much time you want to spend playing and take regular breaks
  • Only play with money you can afford to spend
  • Treat competitions as entertainment, not as a way to make money
  • Maintain a healthy balance with work, family, friends and other hobbies

Staying Aware

It may be time to pause or reassess your play if you notice any of the following:

  • You are spending more than you intended
  • You are trying to recover losses by playing more
  • Playing is causing stress, anxiety or frustration
  • You are thinking about playing constantly
  • Playing is negatively affecting your relationships, work or wellbeing

If any of these apply, taking a break can be a positive and healthy choice.

Staying in Control

There are simple steps you can take to help manage your play:

  • Set clear limits on how much you spend each week or month
  • Keep track of your entries and spending
  • Use reminders or timers to manage your time
  • Take regular breaks from playing
  • Step away completely if taking part stops being enjoyable

Responsible play is about awareness and choice — not pressure or obligation.

PlaySafe Tools

To help players stay in control, KRAZED provides optional PlaySafe tools within your account. These include:

• The ability to set spending limits on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis
 • A time-out feature that temporarily restricts access to your account
 • The option to voluntarily disable your account

These tools are designed to support responsible participation and can be managed directly from your account settings.

Support & Advice

If you feel that taking part in competitions is becoming difficult to control, you’re not alone. Support is available, and speaking to someone you trust can help.

You may also wish to contact organisations that offer free, confidential advice and support in the UK:

These organisations provide guidance, tools and support for anyone affected by harmful or compulsive play behaviours.

Our Commitment

At KRAZED, we are committed to:

  • Being transparent about how our competitions work
  • Promoting a responsible, community-first approach
  • Avoiding misleading, aggressive or pressure-based messaging
  • Encouraging players to stay in control and make informed choices

We will never suggest that playing competitions is a solution to financial problems or a guaranteed way to win money.
