If a chargeback is upheld in your favour by your bank, the relevant entries will remain void and any associated prizes will be forfeited.

If a chargeback is found to be invalid, abusive or fraudulent, we reserve the right to:

• Permanently close your account
• Forfeit any associated winnings
• Deduct administrative and chargeback costs
• Refuse future access to KRAZED

Submitting a false fraud claim is a serious matter. We actively monitor disputed transactions and may share relevant information with our payment provider and financial institutions where appropriate.

If you believe a payment has been taken in error, you must contact us first. Most issues can usually be resolved quickly and fairly without involving your bank.

Raising a chargeback to reverse a legitimate purchase may result in permanent exclusion from KRAZED.

Using someone else’s card, allowing someone else to use your account, or purchasing entries on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

If we detect third-party payment use, we may:

• Suspend or close the account
